SALES ASSISTANT (MACBORNEO)

Responsibilities: • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent sales service • Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product features • Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries • Follow and achieve Sales target • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition at assigned areas • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service • Build productive trust relationships with customers • Comply with inventory control procedures • Work within guidelines and regulations, especially concerning brand products • Performing basic housekeeping duties to ensure that the cash point, sales floor, and storeroom are well-maintained. • Managing social media also includes engaging and interacting with social media users.
