MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs 2. Evaluate event’s success and submit reports. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through appointments, and cold calling. 2. Manage all events related to wedding (preparing venue, invitations etc.). 3. Do final checks at the day of the event to ensure everything meets standards. 4. Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems. 5. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or tradeshows. 6. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. 7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. 8. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
