NW Group is seeking a motivated and goal-driven Sales and Business Advisor to join our team. As a Sales and Business Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by connecting with potential clients, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or experienced professionals who are passionate about sales and client relationships. Fresh graduates and those with sales experience in SME Loans, Government Grants, or Training are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation. - Manage the sales process from start to close, including preparation of quotations and proposals. - Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify opportunities for upselling. - Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape. - Work closely with the Sales Support team to ensure smooth processing of orders and contracts. - Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products, services, and company policies. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
