Generate regular progress reports for upper management and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and potential issues. Project Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and change orders. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Continuous Improvement: Analyze project performance to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in planning and project execution.
