Metatrader Specialist

Job Responsibilities: -Gather business requirements and understand client's business needs. -Write a Business Requirement Document. -Identify gaps between client's requirements and product or services proposed. -Analyze business requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems. -Design system function and write functional specifications-based business requirement document for application development, and testing. -Draw a functional prototype when necessary. -Responsible for user acceptance test (UAT) and conduct user training. -Plan and manage the team resources in ensuring the deliverables of the projects/products within deadline. -Define product roadmap based on the strategy and vision. -Define business requirement prioritization based on Business Value to meet user requirements. -Review product design based on Business Requirement Documents. -Manage a team of Business Analyst and handle day to day operations matter of the product/projects. -Coach and provide training to the team members in enhancing their work knowledge and skills. Job Requirements: -Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent field. -5+ years of MT 4 & MT 5 experience. -Required language(s): English OR Mandarin (Speak, Read and Write) to liaise with China and HK counterparts. -Familiar with business requirements analysis and business requirements documentation. -Good understanding of the software development life cycle. -Experience in Axure, flowchart tool vision/draw.io, mind Mapping Tool Xmind is preferred.
