Process Development Manager

- Processing expert special selected and seconded from Taiwan Joint Partners to station in Malaysia. - Provide expertise and act as representative from Taiwan, taking care of the interests of Taiwanese investors in terms of aspects: bringing in all the latest building technical knowledge from Taiwan and implementing in Malaysia operations and in line with the production process products. - Trusted Expert from Taiwan and bring in all the latest development process and formulation, responsible in leading process development projects from concept to implementation and ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Bringing in latest process development from Taiwan in the aspect of design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products. - Conduct process simulations, trials, and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues. - Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes. - Implement process control strategies and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). - Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company safety standards. - Prepare and present technical reports and project updates to management. - Assist in resolving production line process and equipment issues, analyses them, and propose improvements. - Develop the equipment requirements and plans necessary for the development of new products and processes.
