Role: CyberArk PAM L3 Engineer Employer: Skill Quotient Job Type: 12-months contract (after completing 12-month contract, renew or there is a chance to be converted into permanent staff under Skill Quotient Technologies, depending on the performance) Job Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia Working Mode: On Site Experience: More than 2 years experience in staffing or recruitment industry Applicants: Open to Indonesia, Vietnam , Philippines and Local Malaysian applicants ONLY Remarks: The candidate must be willing to work slightly of normal working hours to accommodate half of Europe time zone. JOB DESCRIPTIONS Main responsibilities: • Design sustainable PAM solutions from concept to launch (Cyberark) • Configure, Test, Train & document Cyberark delivered solution with our PAM product Manager • Maintain Cyberark product knowledge through relevant documentation • Build CPM & PSM components • PTA management User research and understanding (around Cyberark/PAM) • Collaborate with product managers, Architects and users to identify the best experience that meets user, business and technical needs • Work with users to identify and refine R&A requirements • Participate to workshops and tests with the users to understand, then create, validate or adjust PAM design align with overall IM&T Landscape • Anticipate & suggest organisational/process/data evolutions to increase authorisations efficiency, propose relevant system upgrades & adaptations Product design and project execution (around Cyberark/PAM) • Support estimation & assessment effort for new or improvement of R&A setup & configuration • Conduct necessary analysis with Key Users that lead to the delivery of the high level specifications of authorisations • Provide detailed solution specifications and/or prototype, and ensure validation of definitions and objectives • Configure or Collaborate with the developer to design the authorisation assets of the product, when applicable • Drive necessary workshops or calls with users to translate user needs into authorisation features • Support and advise development team during solution development when applicable • Support Product Owner in the backlog definition and refinement (acceptance criteria definition) • Contribute to the quality of delivered solution through test preparation and testing • Ensure consistency of Roles and authorisations product elements in respect of SoD rules • Help Change lead to build & Run test scenario, organizational procedures and user guide when applicable. • Prepare, run/support User Acceptance Tests • Organize, prepare, run/support user training when required with Change leads • Organize, prepare and run cutover and go live activities with Transition leads • Support users after implementation, follow-up Change Requests with Application Support Group (Hypercare periods) • Analyze and report risks • Responsible for handover to operations (HOTO) and Support team (with APS, AMC mostly) Product specification and documentation (around Cyberark/PAM) • Create, Update & Maintain the documentation of the IAM product, including User Guides and Functional Specifications (What & How) • Proactively assess current product design and suggest improvements to streamline end to end user experience • Model and map roles with business Organisations and processes • Provide Level 3 support REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or business school or design school. • ITIL Certified is a plus. • Cyberark/PAM certification is a must. • 5+ years in role management in international organisation. • Strong Experience implementing Cyberark/PAM new authorisation, performing roll out. • Experience in facilitation, user interviews, user workshops animation, prototyping and user tests • organisation. • Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies is a plus. • Extensive knowledge of PAM/Cyberark. • Cyber Security understanding & awareness. • Ability to learn/understand authorisation management on other platforms. • Communication skills, both written and oral - Ability to communicate & give KT. • Facilitation, change management Skills is a plus -. • Conception & Configurations Skills (authorisation prototyping) to translate requirement in solutions. • Fluent in English. Additional language is a plus. • SoD concept and knowledge is a plus.
