Chef Manager (Alice Smith International School, Equine Park)

- Implementing the business objectives and the overall Management of the catering operation for The Petite Café Group Management Centre, including School food service, retails, and production. - Responsible for the daily operations of the Front of House and Kitchen teams - Attend weekly venue operations meetings to provide catering updates. - Develop the business plan and identify commercial opportunities to maximize income and deliver budgets. - Plan new promotions and initiatives, and contributing to business development. - Check event bookings volumes and the allocation of resources and staff through weekly planning and rotas. - Maintenance of service standards and prompt resolution of any guest complaint. - Coordinate the upkeep and cleanliness of all venues by liaising with Cleaners and Maintenance. - Lead and coach a team of staff to ensure that all required tasks are completed. - Ensure all prescribed business processes and procedures are fully briefed and followed and that monitoring procedures are robust. - Provide the Head Operation Manager & Corporate Chef with innovative suggestions for improvement of service quality. - Ensure that effective customer feedback mechanisms are understood and used by all staff and that suggestions for service improvements are passed to the Head Operation Manager. - Use financial data to ensure optimum financial performance within the prescribed budget. - Ensure all information needed for invoices for groups, conferences, and functions is recorded, completed, and passed to the relevant persons. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers by adhering to licensing laws, Food Safety, and HACCP policies. - Report any large budgetary impact maintenance or major issues to the Facilities building and Head Operation Manager. - Willing to work at Alice Smith International School, Equine Park Seri Kembangan.
