Responsibilities: 1) Product Development- To develop new products when direction is given from superiors, after costing has been approved at weekly Work In Progress (WIP). 2) Internal Food Tasting- To prepare ingredients and/ or products for weekly sessions. 3) WIP Food Tasting- To prepare ingredients and/ or products for weekly sessions. 4) Top Management Food Tasting- To prepare ingredients and/ or products for bi-weekly sessions. 5) Photo Shoot- To prepare ingredients and/ or products for Grand Menu and Seasonal Promotions. To manage Photo shoot as a Person In Charge (PIC) for Bonanza, Clear Menu and/ or special events upon requests. 6) Staff Meal- To create staff meal costing and SOP upon requests. 7) Overseas and Other Brands- To support upon request from Director or Manager. 8) General Use of Labo- To manage Raw Material Stock Level and to maintain cleanliness of Labo Kitchen. 9) Division Workflow Improvement- To propose innovative idea for the improvement of the company and Labo. 10) Support kitchen ad-hoc job 11) The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
