HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Duties and responsibilities 1. Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding 2. Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations 3. Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities 4. Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date 5. Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution 6. Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations 7. Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team 8. Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently 9. Maintain company organization charts and employee directory 10. Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives 11. Maintain HR systems and processes 12. Conduct performance and salary reviews 13. Provide support and guidance to HR staff Job Requirement 1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably within the Hospitality industry. 3. In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices. 4. Proven experience in managing payroll and compensation structures. 5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with employees at all levels. 6. Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives that support business objectives. 7. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
