Provide support and guidance to HR staff Job Requirement 1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably within the Hospitality industry. 3. In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices. 4. Proven experience in managing payroll and compensation structures. 5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with employees at all levels. 6. Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives that support business objectives. 7. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
