DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue across all channels, including direct bookings, OTAs, Siteminder, and group sales. 2. Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market conditions, competitive landscape, and demand forecasts. 3. Analyse booking patterns and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and recommend appropriate actions. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create promotional offers and packages that drive occupancy and revenue. 5. Oversee the reservations department, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of all bookings. 6. Train, develop, and manage a team of reservation agents to provide outstanding customer service and support. 7. Maintain and update the hotel’s room inventory in the property management system (PMS) to ensure availability and rate parity across all distribution channels. 8. Handle group bookings, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant departments. 9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, analysing performance against budget and forecasts. 10. Use data and insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies to maximize revenue. 11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments, to ensure alignment and collaboration. 12. Ensure a seamless guest experience from reservation to check-out by coordinating with the front office and other departments. 13. Address and resolve guest complaints and issues related to reservations and bookings promptly and professionally. 14. Monitor guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. JOB REQUIREMENT 1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 2. 5 of experience in revenue management, reservations, or a similar role within the hospitality industry. 3. Strong knowledge of revenue management systems and property management systems (PMS). Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. Strong leadership and team management abilities. 5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
