So, ask us about some of our recent pledges for Women's Equality and being a 'Disability Confident' and 'Inclusive Employer’.\ Health, Environment, and Safety Manager Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with local regulations and company standards and Project Safety Plan. Act as a Health and Safety leader and manage multiple project specific safety teams. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, risks, and non-compliance issues in the workplace. Provide advice and guidance to employees and management on HSE matters, including risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE programs and initiatives, and recommend improvements as needed. Coordinate and participate in HSE training programs and workshops for employees to raise awareness and promote a culture of safety. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSE activities, incidents, inspections, and training. Conduct incident investigations to determine root causes, prepare incident reports, and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence. Liaise with relevant authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards. Stay updated with new regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends in HSE, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Foster a positive HSE culture by promoting employee engagement, participation, and accountability in HSE initiatives. Manage and ensure compliance by Contractors and compliance to Safety Plan and Local Authority. Requirements Diploma or bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health or related field (or equivalent experience). Certified as EHS Officer - Green Book Holder . 10+ years of experience in relevant field and Industrial project experience is prefered. Experience of working on major projects and managing multiple projects at the same time. Ability to provide technical direction and creative vision to highly skilled teams. Passed the site safety supervisor examination managed by NIOSH or institution recognized by DOSH (JKKP).
