You’ll collaborate with Sales Advisors and customers to provide expert guidance and ensure a seamless loan application process. What You’ll Do: Loan Processing: Manage loan applications from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Sales & Promotion: Actively promote auto finance products, exploring new opportunities through networking, referrals, and even cold calling. Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, guiding both individual buyers and business clients through their financing journey. Event Participation: Represent the company at roadshows and exhibitions, engaging with potential customers and generating leads. Administrative Tasks: Prepare sales reports and presentations while keeping everything organized behind the scenes. What You’ll Bring: Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in auto finance or a related industry. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong sales skills with a customer-first attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Bonus Skills: Previous experience in a related industry. Proven success in sales.
