Salesforce Analyst

Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements for Salesforce solutions. Data Management: Analyze and maintain data quality within Salesforce, including data cleansing and migration tasks. Reporting & Analytics: Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making. User Support & Training: Assist users with Salesforce functionality, provide training sessions, and create user documentation. Testing & Validation: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with Salesforce Developers to communicate requirements and assist in implementing solutions.
