Graduate Trainee

To assist MFF in developing and implementing our growth strategies. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in a more senior role with advancement potential. During your traineeship, you’ll learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes. You’ll get to know the essence of company’s business and functions as mandated by the Ministry and you’ll support the Management team with daily tasks and operations. Strong analytical skills and effective communication are important in this role. JOB DESCRIPTION • Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations including participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities. • Observe, learn and execute (as necessary) from experienced staff members and acquire knowledge of all the standards, procedures and methods that are needed for departmental duties and performance. • Learn about respective staff functions and line, management viewpoints, company policies, practices and operations which are significant in the proper functioning of an organization in the corporate world. • Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes and potentially recommend for enhancements • Fulfil any requirements and meeting goals set out • Adhere to all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
