Service Officer (Kuching)

Responsibilities: • Customer Interaction : Greet customers, understand their service needs, and provide accurate information about services, costs, and timelines • Service Coordination : Schedule service and maintenance appointments, prepare job cards, and liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of work • Billing and Administration : Prepare estimates, manage invoices, handle payments, and maintain accurate service records • Customer Follow-Up : Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and address any queries or concerns promptly • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and technicians • Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedule appointments, and keep detailed records • Technical Knowledge : Good understanding of vehicle diagnostics and repair procedures • Customer Service : Strong focus on providing a positive customer experience and resolving issues efficiently Requirements: 1. Certificate or Diploma in mechanical engineering or automotive. 2. At least 1-3 years relevant working experience. 3. Able to work under minimum supervision
