Estate Manager

1. Manages and responsible for the overall operation of the assigned plantation 2. Ensure that all activities around the plantation are being conducted accordingly to the company’s policies, procedures and in accordance with food agriculture practice. 3. Produces plantation annual work plan and budget which includes workforce plan, logistics and fresh fruit bunches projection. 4. Provides direction and coordination of plantation production and administrative management 5. Ensures that all plantation facilities and equipment are efficiently managed. 6. Ensures fresh fruit bunches production are of high quality 7. Completes targeted plantation by year end 8. Checks check-roll and other accounting input data for the plantation accounting system 9. Ensures sufficient manpower to achieve plantation target 10. Maintains high standard of agronomic practice 11. Ensures efficient pest management policies with timely implementation 12. Ensure safety measures and discipline are abided by all workers in accordance with OSHA. 13. Timely submission of weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports as directed by the Company/Immediate Superior. 14. Submits error free computer generated full set monthly account to head office and regional office before the 7th day of each month 15. Ensure monthly stock take is done and stock report is duly signed on all store items, ie: fuel,lubricant, fertilizer and other store items. 16. Directs changing of store items must be with written approval 17. Petty cash book must be maintained at all times with proper receive and payment vouchers; and to ensure cash balance is clearly shown in the petty cash book
