Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervising subordinates and day-to-day activities. • Maintaining equipment and alerting management to any discrepancies or concerns. • Monitor and maintain current inventory levels and report discrepancies. • Manage stock accuracy and ensure physical stock tally with the system. • Handle request for replenishment of inventory. • Perform quality and quantity checks when receiving goods from suppliers. • Check and record details of stock into the system. • Manage and monitoring all inventory/ stock movement • Monthly Inventory analysis & reporting • To assist in stock take activities, variance findings and reconciliation • Ensuring that the warehouse is compliant with health and safety rules and regulations. • Conducting a routine inspection of the warehouse. • Communicating with internal and external partners as needed. • To carry out such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Superior.
