Internship of marketing executive 1.) Design social media content posts 2.) Research and write captions for social media contents 3.) schedule content post on google calendar & facebook 4.) create e-books 5.) Update to do tasks planning on every Monday & update done task list on every Friday 6.) Photography of product if needed 7.) Design packaging material such as label, box , brochures 8.) Upload photo & design banner to website 9.) communicate with customer service person in charge for design vouchers 10.) Assist in company events (pre event preparation & during events) 11.) video editing 12.) sales/enquiry follow up in online 13.) create marketing campaign for customer engagement such as live parenting sharing in online/offline 14.) assist in online sales report & analysis & forecast 15.) provide after sales service 16.) product knowledge & training 17.) handle customer complain 18.) handling objection & role play
