Overview of the Position:
This role is responsible for creating, executing, and overseeing online marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and strengthen brand presence.
The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:
· Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the organization’s business objectives and growth targets.
· Content Development & Management: Develop and oversee content creation, including blog posts, videos, and social media content.
· Social Media Management: Manage the organization’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others. This includes scheduling, posting, community engagement, and monitoring performance to ensure audience growth and engagement.
· SEO Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve the website's visibility on search engines and increase organic traffic.
· Paid Advertising & Media Buying: Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising to reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals.
· Social Listening & Analytics: Monitor the use of social listening tools, analyse the data collected, and suggest improvements to enhance our engagement and marketing strategies.
· Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and ensure campaign effectiveness.
· Website Management & Conversion Optimization: Ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions. Basic knowledge of HTML and CMS platforms is an advantage.
· Graphic Design & Content Editing: Utilize online editing tools like Canva, CapCut and others to design graphics, edit images and create visually appealing content for marketing materials.
· Event Hosting & Miscellaneous Tasks: Support the team in various tasks as required by the business, which may include acting as an emcee or live host for events, webinars, or promotional activities.
· Other Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or department head.
To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:
· Educational Background: Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing and Business Management or related field.
· Proven Experience: Demonstrated Min 1 year of relevant working experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
· Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, SMS and email marketing, and various social media platforms. Familiarity with digital tools and website.
· Content Creation & Management: Proficient in social media content creation, scheduling, and management. Ability to create and edit engaging content using design tools such as Canva, CapCut, and others.
· Creative Passion: Passionate in creating new contents, initiate memes.
· Work location: Bukit Jalil (Nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)
