Maintenance Execution: Oversee daily maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements. Manage spare parts inventory and procurement. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance services. Budget Management: Develop and manage the maintenance budget. Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. Justify budget allocations to senior management. Performance Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lift performance, safety, and maintenance costs. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions to enhance lift reliability and efficiency. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in lift maintenance management. In-depth knowledge of lift systems, components, and maintenance procedures. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in using maintenance management software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
