Supplier Quality Manager

We are looking for: Supplier Quality Manager Industry: EMS Location: Senai, Johor Job Description: - Develop and implement quality standards and procedures for suppliers. - Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality requirements. - Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. - Work closely with suppliers to improve their quality performance and capabilities. - Provide training and support to suppliers on quality standards and best practices. - Monitor supplier performance through metrics and reports, and drive continuous improvement. - Oversee the inspection and testing of incoming materials and components. - Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure that products meet internal and external standards. Job Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier quality management, preferably in an electronics or manufacturing environment. - Strong understanding of quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO/TS 16949. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with auditing techniques and supplier evaluation processes.
