Account & Finance Manager

-Specialised in dealing with full set account -Relevant Degree/Diploma in Account & Finance -Able to communicate and possess leadership to be good team leader -Review monthly, quarterly and yearly management reports -To ensure financial reports comply with accounting standards and policies -To ensure all monthly reconciliations and analysis standards and policies -Cash flow planning and management -Budgeting and Forecasting -Tax Planning, review of tax computation -Review and computation of stock costing -Monitor collection from debtors and payments to creditors -Implementation of accounting system -Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, solicitors and bankers -Ensure compliance with accounting standards and relevant authorities -Ensure timely submission of the company’s management report for preparation of the Group’s consolidation financial statements -Managing the monthly variance analysis and providing commentary on the financial performance -Preparation of the Board and Board’s Committee reporting pack -Oversees the finance function of the Group -Liaison with the subsidiaries to ensure that there is prudent financial management and that they maintain necessary facilities with the banks -Liaison with banks to ensure that facilities required by the Group are sufficient and that the facilities are competitively priced -Consolidation of the Group’s budget for management reporting
