Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the day-to-day operational matters of the accounts 2. Cash in and cash out checking for daily and weekly. 3. Performing transaction Key in and checking. 4. Preparing documents for management account (Account Payable, Account 5. Receivable, General Ledger, Management Account, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) 6. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly closing of accounts 7. Monitor bank balance, cash flow position and fund placement 8. Assist in any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned 9. Answering queries and provide solution. 10. Execute direct task from superior. 11. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations and other regulatory requirements 12. Liaise with auditors, tax agent, bank and company secretary
