Main Responsibilities Financial Planning and Analysis: To be responsible in developing, managing and monitoring the company's annual budget. To be responsible in conducting financial forecasting and analysis to support strategic decision-making. To be responsible in providing insights into financial trends and performance metrics, Financial Reporting: To be responsible in preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and generate regular financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. To be responsible in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Preparation for Audit Renumeration Committee /Board of Directors To be responsible in preparation of quarterly analysis for Bursa To be responsible in Audit (AFS) preparation and Group Consolidation report. Taxation To be responsible in undertaking preparation of tax computation and submission for annual submission Others To be responsible in ensuring that appropriate accounting systems and controls are in place to meet the Group’s statutory and regulatory requirements and internal Group’s needs. To be responsible in ensuring that effective management information and accounting systems are in place to meet the requirements of decision-making and strategic planning. To be responsible in maintaining appropriate liaison for the Group’s financial affairs with regulatory bodies, auditors and tax advisers and other related bodies. To ensure that the Company’s Standard Operating Policies and Procedures are complied with and adhered to. To be responsible in reviewing the monthly and quarterly management report and ensuring accuracy of these. To be responsible in preparation of the Group Annual Accounts and assist the preparation of Annual Report. To be responsible in liaising with the external auditors and external consultants in handling accounting compliance and standards. To be responsible in the preparation of Group Annual Budget and Business Plan. To undertake other tasks and projects as may be assigned by the Manager and / or the Management.
