Salary: Basic up to RM5,100 (Based on qualifications & experience) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance Job Description: The Training and Events Management team is dedicated to delivering best-in-class training and event management services, focused on driving efficiency, simplifying processes, and enhancing service levels to create seamless event experiences for our customers. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Project Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this fulfilling role, you will support the management and coordination of a variety of projects. You will collaborate closely with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful and timely execution of projects, staying within scope and meeting high standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects and initiatives. - Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time - Help manage project timelines, budgets, and resources - Coordinate, communicate and provide timely update and report for both internal teams and stakeholders - Track and report project progress, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions - Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and status updates - Support post-event reviews, gathering feedback, and helping to prepare project closure reports. - Contribute to process improvements within the team to make our operations smoother and more efficient. - Provide general administrative support Key Attributes: - Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities at once. - Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project tracking and documentation. - Excellent communicator, able to build effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders. - Problem-solver who can anticipate challenges and propose practical solutions. - Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. - Analytical thinker with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. - Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently but also a great team player. - Positive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
