PRODUCTION OFFICER

QUALIFICATION Min. 'SPM / STPM' with at least 4 ~ 7 years working experience. Diploma' holder in any discipline with 2~4 years working experience. REQUIREMENT Good supervisory, communication & technical skills Self-motivated and able to work independently RESPONSIBILITY 1. Reports to 'Assistant Production Manager' 2. Organize production to run efficiently to meet required output & quality based on the 'Production / Delivery Schedule' 3. Ensure production supervisors & operators perform assigned job tasks according to instructions & requirements 4. Ensure production records are updated & properly documented as a quality requirement 5. To assign TPM activities for work stations for continuous improvements & training 6. To improve technical skills of line personnel to ensure correct, safe & healthy work attitudes & habits 3. To monitor the productivity targets are met 4. Work with personnels from relevant departments to ensure that all facilities are operational & production machines performs at optimum conditions 5. Responsible for hiring & training of production personnel based head count requirement 6. Responsible for monitoring defect fallouts at assembly and feed back to relevant personnel for improvement plans 7. To perform other job functions deemed necessary by management.
