Planning Officer

Job Requirement : Degree with experience. Excellent in Production Planning to fulfill daily, monthly, quarterly customer order. Experience in managing the sources to plan provide production planning: i.e. material, headcount, equipment. Excellent in MS Office Excel. Good at numbers, calculations and use of statistical tools to analyze data. Possess a vast working knowledge in the related practices in the industry. Able to work independently. Have a good communication & interpersonal skill. Job Responsibilities : Interface with customer for order fulfillment and plan production requirement with correct product mix planning to ensure correct line balancing mix. Proactive triggering of potential issues that may result in customer potential misses. Generate weekly production schedules upon receiving of customer order. Estimate labor, material and machinery requirements to determine production schedules. Interface with internal customer & external customer planning groups for execution of schedules and delivery requirements.
