Outdoor Service Technician

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a similar field. • At least 1 years of work experience as a technician or engineer, preferrably in the packaging machinery industry. • Must have basical Electrical and Mechnical Engineering knowledge. • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate with several departments. • High-level of attention to detail. • Willingness to learn. • Possesses a valid driver's license. • Able to travel outstation to perform customer outdoor service duties from time to time. • Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests before releasing machines to ensure the machine conforms to company quality standards. • Maintaining and preserving documentation for audit purposes. • Taking direction and executing on mechanical troubleshooting. • Receives instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features, and possible solutions. • Perform ad hoc tasks from time to time as required by superiors.
