SALES ADVISOR

Job Responsibilities • To make phone calls to prospective customers. • To explain and promote company's products to new and existing customer. • To handle leads from any source of marketing. • To deal with customers' questions and escalating complex information to the relevant departments as needed. • To meet with potential customer to determine their needs. • To understand our product range including technical specification and applications. • To maintain records of all sales transactions, scheduled appointment and sales-related inquiries or complaints. • To provide accurate information and guidance to clients to meet their needs. • To team-up with marketing team to achieve sales target. Job Requirements • At least Diploma in any field of study. • Having experience in sales will be an added advantage. • Positive working attitude and good personality • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Willing to travel. • Able to work independently and in a team.
