Job Description: -Perform check-in, check-out, room assignment, room changes, and handle new reservations and bookings. -Ensure all data is accurately recorded in the hotel system. -Greet guests, answer phones, and attend to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously. -Manage and respond to emails effectively. -Record details of communications for future follow-up. -Ensure cash in the cashier is accurate and matches the cashier’s shift report. -Communicate with the housekeeping department regarding room status and guest needs. -Maintain the cleanliness and smooth operation of the front office counter. -Perform any other duties as requested by the manager. -Sales commission and incentives are offered upon confirmation. Job Requirements: -Must be able to work rotating shifts, including night shifts and public holidays. -Computer literate with basic knowledge of computer systems. -Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. -Training will be provided.
