- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the wholesale food sector.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance indicators.
- Provide customers with product knowledge and updates on new products, promotions, and pricing.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to products, orders, and billing.
- Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the food or wholesale industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Working hours : 6am - 3pm.
- Basic salary with attractive commission structure, offering high earning potential.
