INTERNSHIP - MARKETING, MEDIA & VISUAL MERCHANDISE

What you will do include but not limited to: Advertising & Promotions execution – plan and execute marketing, advertising & promotion programmes with the budget given. Social Media management – oversee & manage the brand’s social media content and work closely with Operations leadership team to resolve customers feedback on daily basis (rotation basis for weekends). Manage Networking – establish and maintain cooperative relationships with KOLs, celebrities and media representatives. Partnership / Collaboration – work closely with partners for joint promotion or collaboration. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – manage Loyalty CRM program to drive customers loyalty and brand growth. Weekly & monthly report compilation – compile and update customers feedback and sales & promotions campaign performance.
