Technical Sales Representatives

Requirements: - Must have at least Diploma and above - To cover southern area (Johor / Melaka) - Experience in paint industry is an added advantage. However, fresh graduate also encouraged to apply. - Have own transport & can work independently. - Home-based job but have to report to office every once a week or when needed. - High motivated person & deep passion on marketing / sales - Positive attitude, adaptive & can work under minimum supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1) Promote and sell company products to various industries. 2) Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. 3) Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory. 4) Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers. 5) Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors. 6) Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders. 7) Achieve sales targets and objectives, regularly reporting on sales performance and providing insights to improve sales effectiveness. 8) Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. 9) Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
