Senior Sales Coordinator

Job Locations : Subang Jaya,Selagor Job Requirements: • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (engineering background preferred). • 3-4 years of relevant work experience. • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Independent, time-efficient, proactive, responsible, and attentive to detail. • Strong interpersonal, analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Job Responsibilities: • Support the Sales team with daily tasks, including quotations and tenders. • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly. • Provide accurate product knowledge and quotations. • Coordinate weekly communications and meetings for the sales team. • Ensure orders meet customer requirements and are processed on time. • Report issues or opportunities to management. • Perform ad hoc tasks to enhance work processes as needed.
