Job Responsibilities: • Support the Sales team with daily tasks, including quotations and tenders. • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly. • Provide accurate product knowledge and quotations. • Coordinate weekly communications and meetings for the sales team. • Ensure orders meet customer requirements and are processed on time. • Report issues or opportunities to management. • Perform ad hoc tasks to enhance work processes as needed.
