Accounting Manager

Responsibilities: 1. Maintain and close monthly accounts, record journal entries. 2. Process supplier invoices, payments, issue invoices to customers, and manage collections. 3. Understand Standard Costing of Inventory method. 4. Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. 5. Calculate and process payroll, ensure statutory compliance. 6. Liaise with tax agent and auditor for annual income tax submission and finalise annual audit 7. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements. 8. Monitor and manage cash flow, prepare projections. 9. Any other duties assigned by Management. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts. 3. Minimum 3 years of manufacturing company background. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics Navision is preferred. 5. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. 6. Have leadership to lead a team. 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
