Quality Manager/ Senior Quality Engineer

Lead & manage the quality department. Develop, implement & maintain Quality Management Plan & Lead the development of QAQC related procedures Manage and resolve technical issues in QA/QC matters such as welding, NDT and inspection & testing. Manage and ensure QC inspection and testing activities in accordance complied with requirement of document, project procedures and relevant industrial codes/standards. Manage day to day nonconformities and ensure the correction and corrective action are closed appropriately. Prepare monthly quality report for those rejected or returned defect parts. Works with QA/QC team to ensure the quality control program designed to make sure continuous production of products consistent with established standards is implemented and being followed. Establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system (QMS). Plan and conduct ISO internal audits related to QMS, customer’s requirements and quality improvement projects. Develop inspection method and conduct training for personnel needing the skill and knowledge to perform quality inspection. Work with PIC department on the assessment and qualification of suppliers and subcontractors. Lead in analysis of causes of quality problems and timely implementation of corrective/preventive action for improvement. Carry out analysis of QA reports and make appropriate recommendation or decision as deemed fit.
