Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and assisting with document management, data entry, and updates. Key Responsibilities: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence Assist in writing, formatting, and editing documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets accurately. Handle data entry tasks to ensure information is up to date and organized. Coordinate office supplies and maintain office equipment as needed. Provide general support to the team, including scheduling meetings and appointments. Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management. Requirements: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus. Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good organizational and communication skills. Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage but not required. Able to speak multi languages is a plus.
