What you'll be doing -Performing general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organising documents -Daily Accounting data entry and bookkeeping -Processing government submissions and requirements. -Handling emails and correspondence in a professional and courteous manner -Maintaining and updating office records, databases and filing systems -Post Job Advertisements, Screen Resumes, arrange and conduct interviews, -Work pass/employment pass applications -Experience handling Work pass/employment pass applications is bonus Job Requirement: Diploma in Accounting, LCCI or related field Min 2 -3 years on hand experience Can start working immediately or in short notice Knowledge of SQL accounting systems. Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel & Word. Possess good organizational skills and able to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines.
