ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICER (SCRUBBER)

• To monitor waste water treatment plan final discharge and ensure meet DOE standard requirement. • To Liase with DOE for licencing and compliance issue; • Work closely with DOE for all the new requirement update; • Maintain internal and regulatory reporting of data collection and performance monitoring of scheduled waste, industrial effluent and scrubber management programmes • Coordinate safety and environmental audits and actions to remedy faults • Direct supervise the maintenance task for both Scrubber & Waste Water Treatment Plant; • Conduct inspection for all the waste water treatment plan, factory surrounding related to environment & its equipment; • Prepare maintenance report and ensure that all the equipment maintained in good order; • Perform purchase order for daily consumption chemical to ensure smooth operation. • Monitor the Schedule waste area and storage and its requirement • Maintain good 5S at WWTP & Schedule waste area. • Provide training to employees to ensure that operation in compliance with all DOE requirements • Requirement : • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Environmental Engineering/Chemical Engineering • Age 25 to 35 years old • Minimum 2 or 3 years of experience preferably in a waste water treatment plan manufacturing environment & scrubber. • Competent person for CEPSWaM Certificate or CePIETSO (PCP) will be advantage. • Good operational knowledge in IETS system • High Motivated and able to work independently. • Required language(s) : English • Direct, instruct and supervise the maintenance task for both Scrubber & Water Treatment Plant
