Job Description System Development • To be involved in designing, coding, testing and deployment modern applications/software based on the business and technical requirement. • To continuously and actively contribute in the advancement of the product's innovation, stability and quality. Assists in product enhancement, maintenance and development of the applications in accordance to the latest trend and requirement. • To be able to work with the development team and to involve in the product design, coding, testing and release to production Daily IT Support: • Provide first-level support for hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. • Troubleshoot and resolve software problems related to operating systems, business applications, and email services. • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in line with company policies. • Identifying the root cause of issues, and troubleshooting. Collect, register, escalate and follow up registered issues to upper levels Email Management: • Support users with email-related issues, including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of email accounts • Ensure proper functioning of email services Technology and System Support: • Assist with network troubleshooting and support, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and LAN issues • Provide technical support for video conferencing systems, including setup and troubleshooting • Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies to provide informed support and recommendations Documentation and Reporting: • Maintain detailed documentation of IT assets, SOPs, configurations, and support activities • Assist in the preparation of reports on IT system performance, issues, tenders, memo, renewal and resolutions Job Requirement & Qualification • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or Equivalent. • Preferred Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English • Good analytical and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in IT / System Support and related field is required for this position. • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
