Roles and Responsibilities • To provide administrative support to the admin department and ensure smooth running of the office administration. · Effectively communicate and provide excellent support to customer via telephone / face to face / that walk in to the office. • To arrange and coordinate logistics for on time deliveries to all customers and ensure product quality meets customers expectation. · Help with the planning, execution, and tracking newsfeed and update on different channels (e.g. email, website, google ads, digital ads). · Managing online stores on platforms like Lazada, Shopee. · Assist in creating or coordinating materials such as flyers, brochures, calendars and newsletters. · Managing support email campaigns by creating and managing email lists to the client and visitor who participate with our Exhibitions event. · Involve in the company event such as charity, exhibition to promote our brand to customer. · To provide administrative support to the department and ensure smooth running of the office administration · Assist in tracking and managing inventory and transferring into SQL system and ensuring data accuracy. · Provide customer support related to marketing promotions, products, or services when required. · To provide administrative support to the admin department and ensure smooth running of the office administration such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and scheduling meetings. · Have a good communication towards clients and maintain good customer relationship. · Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time. · Shall do ad-hoc task and ability to work independent and under pressure.
