Asst Leasing Manager - ALM • Working location : Kepong, KL • Job type : Permanent • Salary : Max RM8000 • Benefits : 5-day week, performance bonus, min 16-days annual leave, medical, training, etc • Industry : F&B Restaurant & shoes retailer Job Responsibilities : • Manage day-to-day relationship with the partners and tenants includes operational issues. • Support the organization within every area of Tenant Management including assist and support Leasing Manager to attend leasing-related activities to secure and monitor occupancy of the company's properties. • Maintaining and sustaining the mall operations from time to time. • Responsible for Tenants sales submission (average 95%) and system update. • Establish and maintain comprehensive / updated Tenants’ Relations Management database and filing system for all tenants (ie. Sales information, licenses, permits, insurances, agreements and other correspondences). • Coordinate, prepare and distribute work orders to relevant department(s). • Report, monitor and follow-up with relevant department on tenants’ complaints and resolution. • Support Operations in the event that tenant is not adhering to mall’s House Rules, Agreement and other required manuals in the way of recommending approach towards tenants. • Collaborate with other departments for improvement of tenants’ performance as well as tenancy and leasing operations. • Develop and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders to retain existing tenants and attract prospects for occupancy growth • Coordination with Tenant Admin (SO), i.e. tracking of signatory status and sending of documents. • Obtaining approval for closure applications, i.e. Festival closure, early closure for co. event, etc. • Mailbox key coordination – new handover, replacement of key or lock. • Preparing required information prior to Tenants’ meeting Requirements : • Certificate or Advance/ Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Business or ither related fields • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Shopping Centre Management / Leasing / Tenant Coordination. • Candidate specializing in property/real estate or equivalent will be an added advantage • Strong analytical skills and ability to handle difficult situations • Sound knowledge of retail market • Knowledge of strata will be an added advantage • Team player, meticulous and customer oriented with good management, organizational and interpersonal skills If you are interested to consider this job opportunity, please send us your CV to [email protected] or WhatsApp 011-5434 1797
