In return we offer - > EPF and SOCSO > Annual leave > Medical > Outpatient benefit > Travel within Malaysia and internationally to our global offices (US and UK) > Regular team building days > We believe happy and healthy staff are the backbone of every successful company - 30 hour working week but be paid for 40 hours (Contingent on business needs) > Rapid progression – through our bespoke blended learner programme, you can progress to a senior management level within 3 – 6 months > Commission between 1000 – 3000 per month The Role This role will involve engaging with members of the public either in busy events and malls- Inspiring them along with teaching them all about the amazing work our charities do and inviting them to make a regular, monthly donation to the cause. You will - > Engage and acquire members of the public as donors for major NGOs > Meet weekly and monthly performance KPIs > Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet fundraising targets and objectives. > Clearly communicate the organization's goals, projects, and impact to inspire potential donors to contribute. > Provide information about various donation options and encourage sign-ups for regular giving programs > Stay informed about current campaigns, events, and organizational updates to effectively convey information to potential donors. > Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to improve fundraising techniques and stay updated on organizational goals and strategies.
