This role involves strategic planning, project management, and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver innovative and reliable mechanical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of mechanical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Design and Development: Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components, utilizing CAD software and other engineering tools. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, providing technical guidance and support. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure the reliability and safety of mechanical systems. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring continuous improvement of mechanical processes. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
