Operation Manager

Key responsibilities: 1) Check & monitor order books arrangement & delivery 2) Check & update the production report prepared by Plant Supervisor 3) Planning, organizing to run optimum day-to-day operations 4) To ensure raw material inventory have sufficient stock for production, schedule plan with supplier/supplier transporter to fulfill our demand. 5) To ensure raw material and quality mee the specifications 6) Schedule the plant & machines maintenance to prevent unexpected breakdown 7) Fully utilize the trucking to fulfill maximize the production 8) To ensure that a safe workplace is maintained, based on company policies 9) To ensure production quality produced complied with customers/projects requirements 10) Approve staff leave base on manpower arrangement to cope with production 11) Check and sign the supplier, contractor invoice & bill given to Group Procurement 12) To budget the raw material & transporter contract renewal 13) Troubleshoot & settle the day-to-day production & product quality issues to find out the root cause prevent repeat again 14) Keep in improve product quality and cost saving 15) Any other tasks assigned from time to time Job requirements: 1) Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering 2) Min. 3-5 years in precast industry 3) Good leadership skills, communication & interpersonal skills 4) Computer literate 5) Knowledge of ISO, SIRIM, and other is an advantage
