Job Description This role involves managing daily ticketing operations , developing and implementing ticketing strategies and maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency to enhance guests experience in the theme park . Provides feedback on enhancements with regards to reservation , B2C system of bookings , cancellation and refunds , FAM itineraries The incumbent is also required to focus on analysing and organizing the ticketing database to present recommendations , evaluating corporate partnerships to sales and marketing team . The theme park operates at night and the incumbent is required to work at night . Experience from another theme park or entertainment park with ticket handling is vital . Responsibilities 1. Manage the overall operation of the ticket handling including the sale, and accounting for all tickets sold daily in their product categories 2. Coordinate and record the distribution of all complimentary and corporate ticket offers, community/promotional give-a-ways and in-house distribution for VIP customers, donors, etc. 3. Serve as principal contact with external agents, hotels, corporates and ensure compliance with all service standards and contract provisions. 4. Develop systematic process of cash handling , and other forms of sales collection to minimize leakages . 5. Assist with the collection and dissemination of marketing information as related to ticket sales and customer service goals to improve on services 6. Prepare ticket office reports or event settlements and assist Finance in settlement with OTAs , local agents . Create reports to assist Head of Marketing and/or Head of Sales in marketing and promotion decisions. 7. Handle complaints, ticket problems, and customer service issues in a professional and courteous manner. 8. Maintain and regularly update calendars, electronic messages and other ticket office information platforms with event information, sales dates, prices and times. 9. Manage patron and client satisfaction surveys, compilation and reporting. 10. Assist with e-blast design, scheduling, and graphic design under the direction of the Head of Marketing. 11. Plan, coordinate and implementation of sales plan for major corporate, fundraising events as designated.Work closely with Head of Marketing , to ensure the coordination, integration and success of plans and activities implemented to conduct ticket sales.
