- Able to type and write in Multilanguage (English and Mandarin preferred).
- Good communication skills and have a fast typing speed.
- Need to follow up with customer from time to time to achieve overall satisfactory.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to handle the urgent cases.
