We are looking HR & Finance Assistant to be part of the team. Candidate must be willing to carry out duties related to HR & Finance scope and support company’s activities.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining Employee Records: Managing employee files, keeping documentation up to date
- Recruitment Support: Assisting in job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes for new hires.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensuring HR practices adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
- General Administrative Support: Answering phone calls, managing HR-related correspondence, and organizing files and documents.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain financial records, ensuring data is accurate and up to date. Support in preparing financial reports, such as monthly statements, cash flow, and budgeting.
Job Type: Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
