Assistant, Group Accounts (3 Months)

Position: Assistant, Group Accounts Company Industry: Fleet leasing & Management Services Working Hours: Mon – Fri (9AM – 6PM) Working Location: Avenue 10, The Vertical, Bangsar South City, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur Working Duration: 3 Months Contract with PERSOLKELLY (Conversion into permanent depends on performance) Remuneration: Salary RM2,150 (Based on experience & qualification) statutory contribution & leave entitlement. COLA: RM300 Tentative start date: Immediately WHO CAN APPLY? • Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or LCCI equivalent • Minimum 2 to 3 years of related working experience • Mature personality with right attitude and ability to work independently • Good in spoken & written English • Computer literate Essential Responsibilities: • Handling of monthly execution report. • Handling of payment to supplier, vendors, statutory bodies and process of staff claims by online banking/ cheques payment mode. • Updating of journal entries into accounting system. • Handling of monthly suspense account and bank reconciliation. • Handling of document Imaging. • Performing other ad hoc assignments as required from time to time.
